ECOWOOL Blanket

ECOWOOL blanket is a specifically designed glass mineral wool for fire safety, thermal and acoustical insulation for appliances such as major appliances such as ranges,ovens, water heaters, washers, dryers, dishwashers and refrigerators delivering high energy efficiency level. PGF Insulation has developed specialised insulation products for household appliances designed to help manufacturers achieve the highest energy ratings coupled with safety in operation. Offering exceptional thermal performance and fire safety, ECOWOOL saves valuable energy and help to protect the environment.

APPLICATIONS
- Insulation of professional electric or gas ovens and night storage heaters that meet or exceed energy standards
- Insulation of self-cleaning, ovens and night storage heater where the operating temperature may be as high as 350 ˚C

THERMAL PERFORMANCE
Test according to ASTM C518 at 23°C and 20°C mean temperature. Thermal conductivity as low as 0.0324 W/mK
ACOUSTICAL PERFORMANCE
Type ‘A’ Mounting, tested in accordance with ASTM C 423
FIRE PROPERTIES
Tested in accordance and comply with (plain/unfaced):
